The current deadline for The 2023 President’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm is January 22, 2023. Please note that if for some reason you miss this deadline, you’ll have to contact our Tournaments Director for more information.

Tournament Fees:

• U09-U12: $695
• U13-U14: $995

Late Registration Penalty:

• The President’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm’s late registration penalty is $75.00, if applied.

Withdrawal Penalty:

• As it currently stands, thePresident’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm’s withdrawal penalty is applicable to clubs and teams that have to withdraw from the tournament after they have already registered.
• There are currently two types of penalties, one of which is applicable before the Application/Sign-up Deadline, and the other is after the Application/Sign-up Deadline or after acceptance into the tournament.
• The President’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm’s withdrawal penalty is $100.00, if before the Application/Sign-up Deadline.

• Teams requesting to withdraw following acceptance must do so by contacting the designated club contact at [email protected].

• The President’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm’s withdrawal penalty is the entirety of the registration fee, if after the Application/Sign-up Deadline.

Competition Overview:

• The President’s Cup Presented by Tiemann Law Firm format guarantees that teams are able to have played at least 3 games over the course of the 3-day tournament.
• If for some reason there needs to be a tiebreaker, some brackets’s winner will be decided by goal differential in order to determine who advances.
• If in the event a team win’s their bracket, that winner will be featured in a championship game that will provide a fourth game for competition.

Coaching Conflicts:

• In order to ensure that all conflicts are addressed and that coaches receive written communications from the San Juan tournament advisor, we would like to have all head coaches of teams to be registered in the GotSoccer team account of the team that they are coaching.
• The maximum number of guest players allowed for eat team is set to 6.

• Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova/Folsom. A satellite TV, a microwave, a refrigerator and tea and coffee-making facilities are also provided.

• Please drive slow in the parking lot and stay vigilant. 
• Do not drop off players or family members along the Blue Field’s curb.
• No propane or space heaters are allowed on the turf out of safety concerns. 
• Do not stake anything in the turf under any circumstance.
• Parents must remain in designated areas at all times and will be escorted off the premises if a violation occurs. 
• Parents need to watch their kids that are not playing so that they are aware of their location at all times.
